Working closely with experienced advisers, you’ll support a growing client bank across mortgages, pensions, and investments while building valuable technical knowledge within financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing new business processing through to completion
• Supporting mortgage, pension, and investment administration
• Liaising with lenders, providers, solicitors, and clients
• Assisting with suitability reports, reviews, and ongoing client servicing
• Supporting product and fund research and cashflow modelling
• Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems

About You:

• Experience within mortgage or financial services administration
• Keen to develop a career within wealth management and financial planning
• Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Comfortable working within a collaborative team environment
