The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded Financial Planning firm in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support a team of Financial Advisers, providing comprehensive administrative assistance and helping to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
• Preparing client documentation, suitability packs, and meeting packs.
• Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth management products.
• Managing client records and maintaining accurate information on internal systems.
• Liaising with providers, clients, and third parties to obtain policy and investment information.
• Monitoring business processing through to completion and ensuring service standards are met.
• Handling client queries efficiently and professionally.
• Supporting the team with ongoing servicing requirements and annual reviews.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working within an IFA, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning environment.
• Strong understanding of financial services administration processes.
• Experience dealing with pensions, investments, and protection products.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/back-office systems.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
