Fram is working with a well-established financial planning firm that is looking to engage with an IFA Administrator to join its client support team in North Yorkshire. The role offers broad involvement across the financial planning process and would suit someone who takes pride in providing accurate and efficient support to advisers and clients.

The position includes processing new business, maintaining client records, obtaining Letters of Authority, updating valuations, processing fund switches, and liaising with providers to ensure cases progress efficiently. There is also regular involvement in preparing documentation and fact finds, managing workflows, and maintaining clear and accurate records throughout the client journey.

This may appeal to someone with financial services administration experience, ideally gained within an IFA or financial planning environment. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach will be important. Previous experience using Intelliflo would be particularly beneficial.
