Your IFA Administrator responsibilities include: - Coordinating planner diaries and client meetings - Preparing comprehensive meeting documentation - Processing new business applications and liaising with providers - Producing illustrations, valuations and transfer documentation - Maintaining accurate records across back-office systems - Proactive client communication to progress cases efficiently This IFA Administrator role offers genuine variety across wealth management processes. IFA Administrator Requirements - Essential: Proven experience as an Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment - Essential: Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and new business procedures - Essential: Confident communication skills for client and provider liaison - Desirable: Experience using systems such as Curo, Intelligent Office or similar platforms - Desirable: Understanding of pension transfers, investment platforms and protection processing The Company A well-established national financial planning business undergoing significant growth, investing heavily in technology and people to enhance efficiency and service delivery within a collaborative, supportive culture.
