Ifa Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a well-established financial planning firm near Burnham-on-Sea. This is a varied role combining client support, technical administration and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone and in person
• Preparing client meeting packs, reports and regulatory documentation
• Managing Letters of Authority and liaising with providers
• Processing applications, withdrawals and transactions
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating systems

About You

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicating with clients and providers
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a regulated environment
