We are seeking an organised and client-focused IFA Administrator to provide high-quality administration within a financial planning team. You will support advisers, liaise with clients and providers, and help ensure a smooth client experience.

• Provide administration support for new business, client reviews and adviser preparation.
• Liaise with clients, advisers and product providers, keeping all parties updated.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Handle correspondence, document management, telephone support and general administration.

• Previous financial services administration, IFA administration, wealth management or client support experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and client management systems.
