Your responsibilities as a Financial Services Administrator will include: Building strong client relationships - welcoming clients to the office, liaising with them to organize meetings, and following up on outstanding information Meeting preparation preparing client files ahead of time and liaising with the Financial Advisors to identify upcoming tasks Processing issuing LOAs, submitting business, and updating the CRM system (Intelliflo) Provider liaison chasing providers for outstanding items to keep cases moving forward This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator who wants to develop their career. Financial Services Administrator Requirements Essential: Experience as an IFA Administrator, Mortgage Administrator, or similar Financial Services Administrator role Desirable: Intelliflo experience would be ideal Essential: Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete within agreed timescales Desirable: Experience in either wealth management or mortgage administration (training can be provided in the other area) T he Company This long-established Independent Financial Advisory firm has built a strong reputation in the Shrewsbury area.
