Financial Services Administrator Bristol - Onsite, Permanent, Full-time £25,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + benefits Long-term progression and support towards industry qualifications. About the Opportunity: We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established financial planning business seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their client support team. The Financial Services Administrator role is ideal for someone with operations/administration experience who enjoys working closely with clients, is highly organised, and wants to develop their career within Financial Planning and wealth management. The role is a mix of client relationship management and financial services administration, supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with tasks such as arranging client meetings, preparing review packs, managing client records, handling enquiries, and overseeing the client review process. Financial Services Administrator - Roles and Responsibilities: * Supporting advisers with new business and ongoing client administration * Coordinating client meetings and preparing supporting documentation * Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems * Managing client communications and responding to enquiries * Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain information and updates * Assisting with client review processes and ongoing servicing activities * Monitoring outstanding actions and ensuring timely follow-up * Supporting the onboarding of new clients Your Experience and Skills: * Previous experience in a financial services administration role * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and customer service skills * The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * A proactive and professional approach to work * Experience within wealth management, financial planning, pensions, investments, or an IFA environment would be advantageous If you're looking to join a successful financial planning business where you can develop your skills and build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
