Fram is working with a growing wealth management firm that is looking to engage with Financial Advisers as part of the continued expansion of its advisory team. The business has an established client base, a consistent flow of new enquiries, and a well-supported advice process, allowing advisers to focus on delivering high-quality financial planning.

The firm is keen to speak with advisers who enjoy either developing long-term relationships with existing clients or meeting new clients introduced through the business. Depending on experience and preference, the role can involve managing an established portfolio, converting qualified opportunities into ongoing client relationships, or a combination of both. Advice spans pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection, and wider wealth management.

Advisers are supported by experienced paraplanners and administrators, enabling them to focus on client meetings and delivering personalised financial planning. The business has invested in its people, technology, and operational infrastructure, creating a collaborative environment where advisers can build long-term careers.

This may appeal to a Level 4 Diploma-qualified Financial Adviser with experience within an IFA or wealth management environment. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach will be important. The role suits someone who enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering thoughtful, holistic financial planning. Hybrid working is available.
