Financial Administrator

We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join our client's team based in Hampshire. This position will involve supporting an IFA with all areas of administration including business processing, financial administration and client liaison, using different CRM systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Support Team with client Propositions
• Update the back-office system to ensure accurate client data throughout the process
• Maintain fully compliant files, ensuring all documents are held on the Document Management/workflow system
• Produce client valuations in readiness for annual reviews
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and third parties through regular telephone and occasional face-to-face contact

Experience and Qualifications

• Administration and customer service experience essential
• Financial Services experience essential, preferably in a life and pensions environment
• Qualifications desirable or a willingness to study
