Financial Admin (Operations Support)

We are working with a client based in Kent that is looking to take on a new Administrator. The Operational Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting Advisers and the Operations Manager by managing the administration of investment and pension business.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of new business and additional investments, ensuring compliance documentation is complete
• Maintain accurate client and business records by updating the back-office system (Intelligent Office)
• Operate across multiple provider platforms to register new funds, process fund switches and execute purchases and sales
• Prepare documentation ahead of annual review meetings and complete post-meeting administration
• Support Advisers by gathering, reviewing and organising client information in advance of meetings

Person Specification

• A minimum of two years' experience working within the IFA sector
• Proven experience using investment and pension provider platforms
• Strong understanding of investment and pension administration processes
• Confident IT user, highly organised with strong communication skills
