Job Title: Client Support Administrator
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 (DOE)
This is an opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking Independent Financial Services firm in Bristol. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, providing vital administrative and reporting support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
This role is ideal for someone confident, organised, and detail-oriented, with a solid background in financial services administration. You’ll be working closely with advisers, clients, and providers, ensuring a smooth and professional service at every stage.
The Role:
- Assist with all aspects of client administration and financial reporting
- Prepare documentation and reports for annual reviews and client meetings
- Liaise with clients and providers regarding new and existing business across pensions, investments, and protection
- Process new business applications and monitor progress through to completion
- Update and maintain client records within Intelliflo (IO)
- Manage personal workflow and diary effectively
- Assist in preparing simple suitability reports and processing adviser fees
- Support wider team tasks and ensure compliance standards are maintained
The Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Financial Services Administration role
- Broad product knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
- Confident communicator and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Intelliflo advantageous
- Familiarity with various platforms
