The role involves providing full administrative support across the advice process, including managing client documentation, processing new business, liaising with providers, and maintaining accurate records. There is close interaction with advisers and paraplanners, and the position requires a clear understanding of compliance and process.
This may appeal to an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation. Progress toward RO exams would be beneficial, although not essential.
