IFA Administrator
Birmingham
£26,000 – £30,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus Scheme
Full-Time | Permanent | Office-BasedMonday to Friday | No Weekends
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be representing a highly respected and well-established financial planning firm based in Birmingham, who are now looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

The Role
Working closely with a team of experienced advisers, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive efficient, high-quality support across a broad range of financial services, including pensions, investments, mortgages, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client and provider enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Arrange meetings and prepare relevant client documentation.
- Request and manage quotes, valuations, and product literature.
- Process new business applications and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Input and maintain data within the firm’s back-office system.
- Carry out fund switches in line with client instructions.
- Provide support with suitability report preparation and general administration tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a financial services or IFA administration role.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
Desirable:
- Self-motivated and well-organised with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Passionate about delivering first-class client service.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a friendly, close-knit team.
