Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + benefits + hybrid working

Join a respected, client-focused wealth management firm in central Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to take on more technical responsibility and work closely with Chartered Financial Planners.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection
• Conducting research and analysis using leading financial software
• Supporting advisers with client meetings, reviews, and strategy planning
• Ensuring all recommendations meet FCA compliance standards

About you:

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
• Experienced within an IFA or wealth management environment
• Confident communicator with strong technical understanding
