IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator
Location: Birmingham (North East outskirts of city centre) – Office based
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

The role
You’ll support advisers and paraplanners across a range of life, investment and pension business — taking ownership of admin processes while building exposure to more technical areas of financial planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Submitting and tracking new business and top-up applications
- Managing client documentation and updating back-office systems (IO experience ideal)
- Assisting with annual and portfolio reviews
- Handling fund switches, withdrawals and platform transactions
- Liaising with clients, advisers, and providers to keep cases progressing smoothly
- Preparing quotations and client documentation
- Supporting compliance and ensuring files remain accurate and up to date
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, and where you’ll be part of a team that truly values quality and collaboration.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in IFA or wealth management administration
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using CRM systems (preferably IO) and provider platforms
- Professional, friendly communication style
- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in progressing within financial planning
What’s on offer
- £25,000 – £28,000 salary (depending on experience)
