Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Dedham
Salary: £35,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
The CompanyOur client is a well-established financial services firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality advice and outstanding client service. Due to growth, they are looking for a motivated IFA Administrator to join their team.
The RoleAs a IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting advisers and the wider team to deliver an efficient, compliant, and positive experience to clients. This is a varied and rewarding position where attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills are key.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting advisers through all stages of the financial advice process.
- Preparing and processing new business applications and client documentation.
- Producing/issuing Letters of Authority, liaising with providers, and gathering plan information.
- Arranging annual review meetings and preparing portfolio valuations, reports, and regulatory paperwork.
- Maintaining accurate client files using the back-office system.
- Handling client, adviser, and provider queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Undertaking general administrative duties including post, calls, and greeting visitors.
The ideal candidate will have:
