An excellent opportunity is available with an independent financial adviser based in Wolverhampton for an IFA Administrator to be based in the Wolverhampton office and will provide support to financial advisors. The business have been providing solutions tailored to meet the needs of their extensive client base for many years. Responsibilities: Work in a busy office supporting financial advisors in a timely, accurate and FCA compliant manner To deal with all customer queries (either by letter, phone, e-mail, or personal visit) ensuring all information is correctly recorded and them dealt with or passed on to the relevant team member Answer and deal with any client visits, phone calls, letters and emails in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, logging any issues, communicating them to the relevant members of the team and escalating as appropriate Work with advisors to analyse and interpret the fact find Use various software packages and web searches to identify products that match client's needs Draft reports on recommendations Undertake all required administration work as required Ensuring full audit trail of all work undertaken and compliance with all relevant procedures The IFA Administrator will have experience of performing a similar support role within a financial advisory capacity.
