Fram Search is working with a growing, directly authorised Financial Planning firm in Northwest Dorset that is looking to add a Financial Planning Support professional to its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone earlier in their career within IFA administration or financial services who wants to progress towards paraplanning and build technical expertise in wealth management.
Working closely with advisers, you’ll support the advice process by preparing for client meetings, assisting with suitability documentation, maintaining accurate client records and helping implement financial strategies. You’ll also gain exposure to cashflow modelling and financial planning systems, providing a strong foundation for career progression.
The firm is open to candidates who are part-qualified or interested in working towards Level 4, and offers a supportive environment where responsibilities grow as your knowledge develops.
This role would suit someone who:

• Has experience in an IFA or financial services administration role
• Is keen to move towards paraplanning or technical financial planning
• Is organised, detail-focused and client-oriented
